Big-water tussles with wild salmon require the specialist skills of the Redington Wrangler Salmon Fly Combo Kit. The medium-fast-action 9' rod casts comfortably with the boost of backbone you'll need when challenged by a spawning salmon. Wrangler Fly Combo Kits kick start your fly-fishing adventures with a fully loaded setup, including Redington Crosswater reel with RIO Mainstream 8-wt. line and RIO Powerflex 9' 0X tapered leader specifically chosen for targeting salmon. The reel's rugged composite frame endures field abuse and a carbon disc drag ensures reliable braking performance. Rods feature an anodized aluminum reel seat and fighting butt. Included durable nylon carry case protects the outfit during travel.
