The Magpul BEV Block (Barrel Extension Vise) securely mounts in a vise to provide support for both billet and forged upper receivers, so you can install or remove barrel nuts and muzzle devices without applying torque to the aluminum receiver. The BEV Block engages the barrel extension with solid steel lugs and a full-length support shank to prevent flexing. Polymer is used for all other engagement surfaces to protect the receiver. An O-ring post uses the bolt carrier for additional stability and an included pin keeps the upper receiver in proper position. The Magpul BEV Block can also be turned over and used as a mag well vise block to support the lower receiver during maintenance.
