Mesh linings inside the boot allow feet to breathe to help keep feet cool in warm environments. Under the feet, removable metatomical polyurethane footbeds offer long-lasting compression-resistant cushioning on every step. Advanced compression-resistant KEEN.ReGEN midsoles provide 50% more energy return than the standard EVA foam midsoles. Lightweight nylon shanks boost midfoot support and boot stability over uneven surfaces. Oil- and slip-resistant non-marking rubber outsoles provide trustworthy footing that meets ASTM F3445-21 and ASTM F1677-96 Mark II non-slip testing standards. The boots' outsoles and midsoles meet ASTM D471-06 903# standards for oil and isooctane chemical resistance. Boots also meet ASTM SATRA TM31 material abrasion testing standards.
