Engineered for serious cyclists, the Giro Coalition Spherical Full-Face Helmet combines cutting-edge safety features with exceptional comfort and ventilation. Utilizing Spherical Technology powered by Mips, this helmet features a ball-and-socket design that allows the outer liner to rotate independently from the inner liner, effectively redirecting impact forces during crashes. The helmet’s construction includes a durable polycarbonate shell and progressive layering of EPS and EPP foam to manage both high-speed and low-speed impacts efficiently. Its Halo System chinbar integrates Pebax material and elastomeric bushings to absorb and dissipate kinetic energy, surpassing standard chinbar deflection tests by nearly double. Ventilation is optimized with large front intake vents and rear exhaust ports connected by deep internal channels, ensuring excellent airflow to keep riders cool. Additional comfort features include Ionic+ padding infused with pure silver for natural odor control, DryCore sweat management brow pads, two sets of removable cheek pads for a customizable fit, and a Fidlock magnetic buckle closure for secure and easy fastening. This helmet is NTA-certified for mountain biking and designed to provide lightweight yet heavyweight protection in a stylish matte black color suitable for unisex adult riders.
