When connecting a TV using the HDMl ARC Out connection modes, most TVs will automatically switch to PCM sound output mode which is compatible with the soundbar.

When you use apps such as NETFLIX, HULU on your smart TV, please turn of DOLBY and/or DTS function in the app sound settings or choose STEREO output to ensure that the soundbar will be compatible with your TV. Please kindly refer to the TV user manual for specific audio settings. If there is an incompatibility issue, please manually set the TV's audio(sound) to PCM output mode.
