5 stars so others will see this review. I received a defective device. It was literally labeled as such and was still sent to me. I know have to go through the returns process because they are incompetent. I’m very upset and very disappointed. I just wanted a new watch. Do better.

I wouldn’t call this “excellent”
The media could not be loaded. I just received my watch today, I had to clean some gunk from the crevices and after I set it up it froze forcing me to google how to restart it. The band is not very good quality it seems cheap, charger was also very cheap feeling and not comparable to the Apple charger at all. We’ll have to see if I have anymore issues
