Makes the iPad even better
The quality of this keyboard is excellent. The mouse pad feature is a game changer. The magnetic strength is really strong. It fits my iPad perfectly. It is so easy to use and easily connected.

This is not a brand new item and unused item.
When arrived I was very excited. I thought I got a deal. The box was ruined and it looked like it was opened. I took it to the apple store to make sure it was an authentic product. Apple said Purchased nov 4 2022 and Warranty expired 236 days ago.

TIME SAVER!
Its perfect! The keyboard is wonderfully easy to use. It charges as my tablet charges so NO, zero, zip zilch additional cords! The weight is very reasonable because in a pinch I can grab my tablet leaving my laptop at home. Cutting the weight by pounds.

Opened box???
I ordered a new keyboard but got an opened box one. The original seals were completely removed. The sides were taped with some clear tape. Definitely return it.

The Subaru Impreza of iPad keyboards.
If you drive an Impreza, you know what I mean. As you and your three passengers approach, some might mutter “We’re never going to fit in there.” But once everyone is seated, they’re amazed that they’re not sitting in each other’s laps. Same with this keyboard which I’m using to type this review. My big shovel hands never collide, never feel lost. Apple’s designers have cleverly picked which less-used keys can be shrunk in size, leaving the essential keys as big and as well-spaced as on a desktop keyboard. You get used to it in no time at all. Equally amazing is the mounting system. You’d think getting magnetized parts to align would be an exercise in patience, given the strength with which they attach. Not sure what the magic is, but it might be clever use of both attracting and repelling magnetic poles. It’s not the cheapest option but the best is often worth it.
