The price was right! This was a replacement for my bedroom TV. I wanted one that was larger than what I had(32″). So this was just right. It came earlier than I expected!

I purchased this tv less then a month ago for my bedroom. Great picture and sound when it work but ever so often, I lose the picture and the sound. The screen becomes a black and white grid and the sound stops and this lasts less than 1 minute (see picture below). It’s happening while I’m writing this review. First I thought it was the TV station itself having the blackout but I checked the same channel on another tv and there was no interruption during the broadcast. I am contacting Walmart today about doing a return.

I got a very good product at a very good price, quickly. What more could one ask?

This VIZIO D39hn-D0 39″ 720p 60Hz Full-Array LED HDTV has a beautiful picture and pretty decent sound.

It’s amazing how it has transformed my DVD viewing pleasure.

Sorry about the quality of the my attached picture. My cell phone only takes 2 MB pictures.

I saw this in an ad online and the reviews where good. So I purchased one for my elderly parents. The color is horrible. I adjusted the color through the menu and each one was worse than the other. My parents still have their eyesight, thank God. BUT in this case, they see disappointment and I can’t afford to buy another TV.

i really can’t complain but it’s been just a few days so time will tell. i do like the picture and contrary to others i find the speakers and sound very good. living in a town-home the living room is not that big so this television fits perfectly. i do wish it had more inputs only because i have a dvr but with the proper cables all is working fine. i don’t look to complain and as of now i have nothing to complain about. i saw other no-name/off brands for the same price but after helping friends and seeing they owned vizio i figured why take a chance with an unknown (which i probably would of done with out question). very satisfied. hey, a pawn shop wanted to charge me the same for a used tv, go figure. in closing did the registration on the vizio website and hope never have to make a warranty claim and looking forward to years of happy watching.

I’ve had this same model for 2 years, it was great. Good picture and sound. A component failed just after 2 years. I managed to exchange it thanks to my local Walmart and the great customer service they had in willing to let me swap out a 2 year old tv. I exchanged it for the same model; this one. They are making them a little different now as opposed to 2 years ago; cheaper I presume. Sound quality drastically decreased, has poor sound, getting too loud during loud parts of movies and shows and then getting to quiet during quieter parts. Tried to adjust the sound using various settings but was unsuccessful. Being unhappy with it I then decided to exchange it again for a different brand a week later. Much happier with an LG 43″ 1080p. Much better sound quality and overall quality. I would advise against Vizio based on my unfortunate experience. They do make good quality products but maybe they use cheaper parts and don’t care much about the smaller inexpensive tvs lasting longer or being as superior quality to the larger, smart tvs.
