This phone is defective!! It burns thru SIM card like crazy!! They have replaced the phone for that reason but the replacement phone didn’t work either when u make a call u could hear the other person but they could hear nothing from my 32nd what so ever!!! They sent another replacement and it worked for 3 days and the sims card was no good again so I called straight talk customer service and they r sending a 3 rd replacement phone after I send the bad phone back first so I Wil be without a phone til it comes in!!! If this one has problems I’m done I will not continue to keep send phones back and receiving phones that have the same problems it just dumb to continue I have been with straight talk for years but the way the customer service has treated me because the phone keeps destroying sims cards and sending replacement phone that also have the same problem is not very good business at all and I think it’s disrespectful I will just change my service to a diff carrier!!!!

I read many reviews about this phone, and was very excited to try it as my old phone had broken. It seemed like a very good phone for the price. However the straight talk version is apparently commonly known to have sim card problems which is what i experienced. The phone was brand new out of the box and it said “Invalid SIM card.” So i called straight talk, i then waited the additional week for a new SIM card to come in. Only to have that one not work as well. I called again but all they could do was send another SIM card. I plan to call again and just accept the third card even though I highly doubt it will work. I’d like to return it but I needed SOMETHING so that I could contact my boyfriend from home and i was able to use this one on wifi but nothing more. I’m very frustrated as I’ve been using straight talk for 5 years now, but i’m disappointed with the quality and the lack of ability to rectify the situation. I doubt i will continue with them. Long story short, it is a massive waste of $150. You’re playing a guessing game with wether or not you’ll get one that even works.

I bought my cell on April 2016, It’ my second one in straight talk. I like prepaid and the cell until I needed to change my phone after 4 years. But this time, I don’t know what happened…….., after 6 weeks start using it, the battery was running off so fast, I needed to charged twice a day, without using to much than usually. My husband decided change the cable company, now the problem is when I connect the Wi-Fi, inside my house……….the battery running fast incredible, If I don’t do it, I can’t receive my text messages from my family overseas (that’s always I received without problem with my old phone).
I went to the store and ask the vendor but nobody gave me a solutions. When I bought my new phone, I decided don’t buy the extra warranty because I have never ever I have had any problem buying any stuff from the store. I’m really concern, because with this problem, the life of the battery don’t the to long. I think that I waist my money. I can’t buy another one either.

I have had this phone for a few months now. I bought it after my Samsung galaxy S3 stop charging. I had talked to a few people who have owed this phone and said that it was just like the Samsung galaxy s5. Which is true the setup is the same as the galaxy s5.

The reason I am here writing this review is because the people I asked about this phone failed to tell me that it would not use my micro SD card I have had 16gb in the phone and then I bought 32gb hoping it would extend the memory seeing that the phone only has 8gb internal memory. Sadly after buying the new card it still did not fix my problem and I am still told by the phone I do not have enough memory.

if you like to have lots of apps and photos on your phone this is not the phone for you. if you want a smart phone but are not into apps or photos I would say then you have a great phone. I love my phone the only thing I don’t like is having to limit everything I do.

The first awesome thing is that when I bought this phone I had a very “basic smart phone”. It was very automated to transfer EVERYTHING to my Samsung and took less that 10 minutes.
I find that the size is just right for me as I am able to adequately discern videos (which is important because I have very poor vision.
I love the 8MP front camera and have never had a back facing camera (and it seems that 5MP is good). I’m just not quite sure what to do with the extra camera. I’ll figure it out.
The few negative comments that I have are that the keyboard is difficult for me to type on (and I don’t mess with that “swipe” style of texting…I like a keyboard). And I wish the “Smart Pay” would work with my pre-paid Visa Card. There is a reason why I’ve purchased a pre-pay phone and use a pre-paid Visa for my direct deposit.
    That’s it.
Thank you for a very nice product!

I purchased this phone online from the Walmart store, very happy with it. It does everything they said it would and more. Great Photos, wireless so I can go on tweeter, Facebook and check my mail all at the same time. For Music it has Samsung Milk and you can choose what you like to listen to. The sound system is awesome for such a little device and I did it for around $100.00. Great phone and great ATT Go phone service!

I have had this phone for almost a month. Its my first smart phone & It does everything I have needed. I can hear great when talking to others & they can hear me clearly. I have downloaded a few apps and am still learning how to do things but I haven’t had any lock ups . I have friends who have a Samsung phone through companies that have contracts and I don’t see a difference in what this phone can do.
One small issue I had was connecting to the internet. I did a search and a common issue for this phone is if you are in an area with Wi-fi and your have your data on , the phone gets confused on which to use and sometimes apps etc wont open. The fix was simple , turn either wi-fi off or data. Easy fix.
I have been online daily with the phone. I don’t do any streaming of videos or movies and I haven’t even used half the data that Straight Talk give you. (I only have 7 days left). Very pleased
