This C. E. Smith tire carrier fits most 4- or 5-lug 12", 13", 14", or 15" spare tires designed for trailer use, and adjusts for frames up to 4"H x 3"W. Side offset is 4-1/2" from the frame with 5" rise for ground clearance. Includes all mounting hardware.
