quit working
I ordered this product less than a year ago and it no longer works. I do not use it excessively, just once a week, and only on hardwoods and rugs. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Clogged on first time use
Bought a name brand more expensive model then touted on Amazon (I bought a sub $100 stick vacuum that is worthless) hoping that it would work on my mostly tile floors. Put it together, no problem, charged it up and within 30 min. of use it was clogged and I had to take off the bottom plate to clear it. I also noticed that it did a terrible job at edging. Though it has an edge tool there's no where to store it on the vacuum. I returned this within 2 days. Frustrated.

Very Convenient!
I really like this cordless vac! It swivels so easy to maneuver around and it has a light. The charge has lasted plenty long enough to do our large living room carpet and kitchen hard wood floors. It picks up a lot of dog hair even without the booster. Mine only had the crevice attachment but I bought a pet hair tool on ebay. It has a place to hang the handheld part onto the stick and stands upright to charge. Sometimes I have to get hair out from behind the roller but my dog sheds a lot. I haven't had a problem with it so far!
